Well if NZ was dog friendly?????

According to stuff today This photo left SPCA boss Bob Kerridge speechless - he loves the dog owner's devotion for their pet, by giving the animal a jacket and bed, but Queen St is not the best place to leave it.

Well if New Zealand was more dog friendly he/she would not have had to leave pooky out in the street!!!!
